Hah! I know this one. It’s Aaron Siskind. I couldn’t quite remember where I saw this one before. I remember researching Aaron Siskind’s series “Pleasures and Terrors of Levitation” and had come across some of his other work. For some reason this one really stuck in my head. Great brain teaser though.
