I grew up in Hawai’i, and I know how to swim.

Nevertheless, when I started looking for a lower impact way to exercise my lungs, I decided to take some swimming lessons to improve my technique and increase the productivity of my workouts.

And guess what? It turns out that I didn’t *really* know how to swim. I’m in no danger of drowning, but I also was wasting a lot of energy because I wasn’t streamlined in the water. No one wants to waste time and energy.

PHotoShelter Certified Consultant Program

And with that carefully constructed analogy, we’re excited to launch the PhotoShelter swimming Certified Consultant program. We’ve gotten many requests over the past few years from users who didn’t want to deal with all the rigmarole of uploading, organizing, setting up e-commerce, configuring the website, etc. Simultaneously, we noticed that some of our clients were already providing help to other PhotoShelter users.

Putting two and two together, we figured we could streamline the process by identifying and certifying consultants to help you with the in’s and out’s of using PhotoShelter.

I’m happy to announce that David Brabyn and Mike Cavaroc are our two certified consultants for the pilot phase. If you have something that you want help with — from SEO to website implementation and beyond — you can contact them. No, they’re not PhotoShelter employees, nor affiliated with the company in anyway. But they are long-time PhotoShelter users who have passed our competency exams, and we think they can do a bang up job for you. You can contact them, negotiate a project scope and price, and you’re off!

Depending on the success of the program, we hope to add more certified consultants in the future!
