The PhotoShelter Collection: Buyer Launch Party

IMG_3654b.jpg

The public launch of the PhotoShelter Collection is only a few days away, so we had a launch party for, oh, 300 high profile buyers in New York City the other night at the very cool Michelson Studios. Attendees included representatives from places like BBDO, Travel+Leisure, Time, VH1, Glamour, Spin, Ogilvy, NYTimes, McCann Erickson, and tons more.

We had a few ambassadors select images from the PhotoShelter Collection, which HP and X-Rite graciously printed for us on their cool Z3100 printer. And at some point, I made a speech off my iPhone, since I lost my print out. Of course, the mic didn't work either, so I had to use my diaphragm and project. But it all worked out in the end, as documented by PSC photographer Meg Wachter.

The PhotoShelter Collection goes live on Monday....

You got me (with beard) with my friend Gillian on the right.
Fun party!

A big Congratulation to you all at PhotoShelter,
I wish I could have been there but it is a bit far, from Manila to New York.
Again, all the best wishes to you, for a job well done.
On another note: Your communication, well at least with me is fantastic.
Thanks for your support, I have drink for you on my end,
Cheers Gunther

Congratulations!

Congratulations to the start!

Awesome. Are there any more pictures from the party?

Whoops scratch my last comment.

Awsome! As I'm new to marketing my photos and jumping into the pool here with PhotoShelter, I'm so pleased to see so much interest in the prospective market. Thanks for the opportunities and congratulations, though, this is only the beginning :-)

just found this post! had a lovely time shootin/meetin/drinkin/shmoozin.
Congrats PhotoShelter!
very pleased to be a part of this...

Looks like a fun time, some great photos on the wall and I like your site MW - your decayed shots are excellent
