Regarding the discussion regarding Terms of Service with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. I believe any attorney would advise that if ANYONE ask you to sign a legal agreement that gives them rights to your property but then ask you to TRUST them that they will not use the legal rights you have given them, it is a very foolish practice.
