Intellectual property attorney Richard Liebowitz was ordered to stop practicing law in the Southern District of New York following a unanimous decision by the Grievance Committee stemming from repeated misconduct. Liebowitz has been a staunch advocate of photographer rights and has successfully sued for copyright infringement. Have his transgressions crossed the line? Sorry, but i found the audio blog about the NY Attorney childish. In fact it didn’t even mention the subject of the blog in the first few minutes. The two who were speaking had a conversation like two children! I only listned to a few minutes then shut it off. Pity, as the content would have certainly been interesting had the subject matter been covered.
Don’t be offended, but I have a European mentality and that was probably the reason I found it boring and childish.
