There are so many great workshops out there. They can be so valuable – even life changing. That’s why we’re excited to grant three lucky up-and-coming photographers spots at a few incredible workshops happening just around the corner. Read on to learn more and apply.
1. GeekFest: Sept 16-18th in Washington, DC
Commonly referred to as the “annual badass weekend of inspiration” for the photo community, photojournalists will get inspired from some of the greats along with panel discussions with well-known editors and buyers.
2. Adventure Photography Workshop, hosted by Summit Workshops: September 17-22, 2016 in Jackson, Wyoming
Here you’ll spend six days with photographers and editors from the some of the biggest publications and brands in the industry and learn the in’s and out’s of every aspect of adventure photography.
3. Boreal Bash Workshop, November 1-3 in Oaxaca, Mexico
This three day workshop is for Latin American photographers, both new and established, looking to improve their documentary photography skills. You’ll get one-on-one instructions tailored for you as well as practical shooting experience during Day of the Dead in the surrounding Oaxacan villages.
